What is the difference between IT1+ and IT1?
At IT1+ everything is duplicated and continuously monitored. There are two fibre connections via different routes, and the building systems work fully together. At IT1 the foundation is just as strong, but usually one of those elements is missing.
How do I keep my building at IT1+?
Technology ages faster than the building. Plan the replacement of network equipment and software in good time, and keep monitoring active. After two years, recertification shows whether the building is still at the same level.
What does IT1+ mean for energy management?
All systems share their data. Climate, lighting and meters can therefore respond together to occupancy and consumption. That is the best foundation for saving energy and reporting reliably.
