In every pre-inspection we also look at your energy data. Can you see what each system uses? If not, you know where to start.

Do I get an official label after a pre-inspection?
No. A pre-inspection gives a reliable indication. You receive the official IT-Label and certificate after an audit with on-site measurements.
How long does a visit take?
For an average office building, allow half a day. For large or complex buildings we agree this in advance.
Do you also look at the energy label?
We do not issue energy labels. That is done by a certified energy performance adviser. We do check whether the digital foundation is ready for the smart measures that lead to a better energy label.
