Smart clarity for digital buildings

Smarter buildings, a brighter tomorrow.

Guidance / Labels / Real impact

A building can only use energy smartly if the digital foundation is right. We map that foundation with the official IT-Label, and show which smart steps deliver the most.

  1. Smart and sustainable. The IT-Label and smart buildings, explained in 40 seconds.
  2. The problem. Many buildings waste energy without anyone noticing. Lights and climate stay on in empty rooms.
  3. Two labels. The energy label shows how efficient a building is. The IT-Label shows how smart it can become. Together they show how future-proof a building is.
  4. Smart building. Sensors, meters and a building management system respond to what really happens. That is how consumption drops, if the network underneath is right.
  5. What the IT-Label measures. Connectivity, infrastructure, performance, scalability, integration and Smart Building.
  6. How we help. With a pre-inspection, an IT-Label audit, digital due diligence and connectivity advice.

01. What we stand for

Four pillars of a smarter building.

Sustainable built environments

A building that is set up smartly uses less energy. We show where the digital foundation makes that possible, and where it does not.

Data-driven insights

Measuring is knowing. Sensors and smart meters show what your building really does. We make sure that data arrives reliably.

Trusted certification

The IT-Label is an independent measure of the digital quality of a building. One code, the same for everyone.

Expertise that guides

No thick report that ends up in a drawer. Clear advice instead: what is there, what it costs and what to do first.

02. Our view

Buildings perform better with clarity.

The energy label tells you how much energy a building uses. The IT-Label tells you whether the digital foundation is there to control that energy smartly.

Sensors, smart meters and a building management system can save a lot of energy. But only if they are reliably connected and can share their data. That is exactly what we make visible. So as an owner, tenant or investor you know where you stand, and what the next step is.

IT-Label and energy label
With smart systems a building can rise on both labels. For example from energy label C to A, and from IT3 to IT1.

PeopleDataBuildingsA brighter tomorrow

People want to work comfortably. Data shows what a building really does. Together they make buildings more efficient, more comfortable and more valuable.

04. Smart and sustainable

A smart building starts under the floor.

Climate control, lighting, meters, solar panels and charging points: more and more systems in a building run on the network. Together they can cut energy use significantly. But only if they are properly connected, securely separated and monitored centrally.

  • Which systems are present, and whether they work together
  • Whether the data comes in reliably
  • Where the quickest energy gains are

05. Our approach

From first question to clear plan.

  1. 01

    Scan or call

You take the free scan or we have a quick call. That tells us what you want to achieve.

  2. 02

    Visit and measurement

We walk through the building and measure where it matters.

  3. 03

    Label and insight

You receive an indication or the official IT-Label, with a score per component.

  4. 04

    Plan for the future

We list the smartest steps: what they cost and what they deliver.

Our promise

What you can expect from us.

  • No interest in the outcome

We do not sell equipment or subscriptions. We show what is there, and what really pays off.

  • We measure on site

Not just on paper. We measure at the workstations and look inside the technical rooms.

  • Clear, plain language

A label, a score per component and a short list of what to do first. Without jargon.

  • A fixed price in advance

You know what it costs before we start. No surprises afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Questions we often get.

Is your question not listed? Just ask us.

What is the difference between the IT-Label and the energy label?

The energy label is about how much energy a building uses. The IT-Label is about the digital infrastructure: connection, cabling, WiFi and smart building systems. They complement each other. A good digital foundation is needed to control energy smartly. Read more about the difference.

Do you also issue energy labels?

No. An energy label is issued by a certified energy performance (EP) adviser. We look at the digital side and the smart systems, and at what they can contribute to a better label and lower consumption.

What does a pre-inspection cost?

A pre-inspection costs from €750 excl. VAT. For an IT-Label audit or digital due diligence, the price depends on the size and type of building. You always receive a fixed price in advance. Request a proposal.

Is the sustainability scan really free?

Yes. You answer 15 questions and see your result straight away. You do not need an account. Would you like to discuss the result? Then you can leave your details afterwards.
