What does an IT-Label give me as an owner?
An independent label you can use in your letting brochure and in conversations with tenants. It shows what your building offers digitally, and whether it is ready for smart energy management.
Do I need to invest before applying for a label?
No. The label shows what is in place now. Want to know where you stand first? Then start with a pre-inspection, from €750 excl. VAT.
Does the IT-Label help make my building more sustainable?
The IT-Label does not replace the energy label. It does show whether the digital foundation is there for smart systems that save energy, such as occupancy sensors and a building management system.
