Who are we?

This website belongs to IT Label B.V. (trading as IT Label Specialist), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42157377. We are responsible for what happens to your personal data through this website. You can reach us at info@it-label.com.

Which data do we keep?

If you fill in a form, download the checklist, or take the sustainability scan and leave your details, we keep:

  • your name, email address and, if given, your phone number and organisation;
  • who you are (for example owner or tenant) and the location or address of the building, if you fill these in;
  • your message and, for the sustainability scan, your answers and the result.

To prevent misuse of forms, we store an encrypted code of your IP address. Your IP address cannot be recovered from it.

What do we use it for?

We only use your data to contact you about your question or request, and to send you a proposal. We do this on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

If you share your experience

If you tell us how working with us went through the Share your experience form, we keep your story, the number of stars, your name, your role and, if you fill them in, your organisation and location. With your consent we publish this on our website. We never publish your email address. We only use it if we have a question about your story. Would you like us to remove your story from the site? Let us know and we will do so.

How long do we keep it?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. If your request does not lead to an assignment, we delete your data no later than two years after the last contact. If you become a client, the statutory retention periods apply.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run the website, such as our hosting provider. We have made agreements with them about the security of your data. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Visitor statistics

We count how many people visit our website, which pages they view and which website they come from, for example Google or LinkedIn. That shows us what works. We do not use cookies or external services for this. We do not store IP addresses. To count a visitor only once per day, we create an encrypted code from your IP address and browser. It cannot be used to find out who you are, and we delete the code after one day. What remains are only counts.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies and storage in your browser, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not through external services. You can read exactly what we store on the Cookies page.

Your rights

You may always view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use. To do so, contact us through the contact form. Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
