Digital due diligence

In an acquisition, the technical due diligence looks at the roof, the façade and the building services. The digital infrastructure and the smart systems are often overlooked. Yet they increasingly determine how well a building lets, and how easily you can report on energy and CO2.

With smart systems a building can rise on both labels. For example from energy label C to A, and from IT3 to IT1.

01. What you get

Clear results, ready to use.

No thick report, but an overview you can use in your plans, your conversations and your reporting.

  • A picture of the digital infrastructure, on the same scale as the IT-Label
  • The condition of the building systems and the energy data
  • Risks, such as outdated systems or networks that are not safely separated
  • An indication of the investments for the coming years
  • Whether the data is available for ESG and CSRD reporting

02. How it works

Four steps to clarity.

  1. 01

    Scope

We agree which buildings, which questions and which timeline.

  2. 02

    Documents

We review drawings, contracts and available data.

  3. 03

    Inspection

We visit the building and measure what is needed.

  4. 04

    Report

You receive a clear report with findings, risks and costs, in time for your decision.

Smart and sustainable

Investors and banks increasingly ask for the energy data of a building. Can the building provide that data? Or does it first need investment in meters and connections? Our report tells you.

Frequently asked questions

Can you assess an entire portfolio?

Yes. We then use the same scale for every building, so you can compare them properly.

How quickly can it be done?

That depends on the number of buildings. We agree a timeline in advance that fits your transaction.

Ready for the next step?

Tell us briefly about your building. You will receive a proposal with a fixed price. There is no obligation.
