An energy label says something about the energy use of a building. The IT-Label does the same for its digital infrastructure. In an audit we record it using the official method. Tenants, buyers and lenders see what is there in a single code.

How long is the IT-Label valid?
The certificate is valid for two years. After that, recertification shows whether the building still meets the level.
Can a building fail the audit?
No. The IT-Label shows what is there, from IT1+ to IT5. Even a shell building receives a label. That is useful for a tenant who wants to do their own fit-out.
What does an audit cost?
That depends on the size and type of building. You always receive a fixed price in advance.
