For valuers

Digital quality as a well-founded factor in your valuation.

The energy label has a fixed place in a valuation. The digital infrastructure does not yet, even though it affects lettability, investments and risk. There simply was no comparable data.

  • A comparable measure of digital quality
  • Support for your assumptions
  • A more complete picture alongside the energy label

What it gives you

Clarity, for you and your building.

The IT-Label gives you an independent, comparable measure, from IT1+ to IT5. Together with the energy label, it gives you a more complete picture of how future-proof a building is.

IT-Label and energy label
With smart systems a building can rise on both labels. For example from energy label C to A, and from IT3 to IT1.

Our recommendation

Start with digital due diligence.

Before you sign, you know how the building performs digitally and how smart it is, what the risks are and which investments are coming.
