A pre-inspection costs from €750 excl. VAT. The price of an IT-Label audit depends on the size and type of building. You always receive a fixed price in advance, so you know where you stand.
In short:
- Pre-inspection: from €750 excl. VAT. You receive an indication of the label and a list of measures.
- IT-Label audit: tailored price, depending on your building. You receive an official label and a certificate.
- The certificate is valid for two years.
- You never pay more than the fixed price you receive in advance.
Two steps, two prices
There are two ways to find out how your building is doing digitally.
- The pre-inspection. We walk through your building and map the digital foundation and the smart systems. You receive an indication of the IT-Label, from IT1+ to IT5, and a top five of measures. This costs from €750 excl. VAT. More about the pre-inspection.
- The IT-Label audit. This is the official assessment with on-site measurements. You receive the IT-Label and a certificate that is valid for two years. More about the IT-Label audit.
Many owners start with a pre-inspection. That way you first know where you stand, before you choose the official label.
What does the price of an audit depend on?
During an audit we measure the connection, the cabling, the WiFi and the building systems. How much work that is differs per building. The main factors are:
- The size of the building. More square metres and more floors mean more measuring points.
- The type of building. An office with many workplaces needs different measurements than a warehouse or a shop.
- The building systems. A building with climate control, smart meters, access control and sensors has more to assess.
- The available information. Are there drawings and network details? Then the preparation goes faster.
What do you get for your money?
With an audit you get more than just a code. You receive:
- an official IT-Label from IT1+ to IT5;
- a certificate that is valid for two years;
- a score per area, from connection to Smart Building;
- measurement results for the WiFi and the connection where people work;
- tips for a higher level, including smart energy management.
What do the levels mean? Read the page about the IT-Label levels.
What does it deliver?
An IT-Label costs money, but it can also earn money. Tenants see straight away what they get. That makes letting easier. When selling or financing, you have independent proof of the digital quality.
You also see where you can save energy. Smart systems only work well on a strong digital foundation. The label shows whether that foundation is there. Read how the IT-Label adds to the sustainability of your building.
How to keep costs low
- Start with the free scan. The sustainability scan gives a first indication in 15 questions. It costs nothing.
- Have drawings and data ready. The better the preparation, the faster the audit.
- Combine it with other work. Are you renovating or making the building more sustainable? Then plan the audit at a smart moment.
