Is IT1 good enough for most tenants?
Yes. A building at IT1 is ready to use straight away, even for organisations that rely heavily on IT. For most tenants, there is nothing left to arrange except connecting their own equipment.
What is needed to go from IT1 to IT1+?
Usually three things: a second fibre connection via a different route, continuous network monitoring and fully connected building systems. A pre-inspection shows which step delivers the most.
Does IT1 help with a better energy label?
The IT-Label and the energy label are two different labels. But a building at IT1 makes it easy to add smart controls. These can help lower consumption and sometimes improve the energy label.
